Birdstep Service Desk offers help desk services by e-mail or phone in any questions or problems concerning SafeMove products.

 

The services of Birdstep Help Desk are agreed on in the maintenance contract between the customer and Birdstep. Technical support is available on normal workdays, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (local time). Service is available both in Finnish and in English.

 

Any direct technical support issues by e-mail to safemove.support(at)birdstep.com. Phone contact information for contract customers or partners is included in the support agreement. Phone calls cost the national + local phone charge. Other support services are charged for as agreed in the support contract or the Birdstep price list.
