Typically, when a services opportunity is presented or discovered, the account executive needs to delay the sales discussion in order to query Professional Services. This delay can lead to lost sales. This offer provides account managers with the ability to provide a rough cost estimate for a custom port of any Birdstep Database Product.
The Platform Porting Service is a professional service to design, develop, test and validate any Birdstep database product (RDM Embedded, RDM Server, RDM Mobile) to operate on a non-standard platform.
For a specific list of standard platforms, please refer to the Birdstep Database Managers Product Matrix located on our intranet. This matrix also includes several non-standard platforms, highlighted by a “No (available on request)” entry in the table.
