Also, the responsibility for administrating the network is divided between different parts of the operator’s organisation resulting in common data stored at different places. In cases where there exists an administration tool, they tend to be complex to use and require a dedicated and specially trained person for handling the tool. With a growing network, the administration burden to handle the network elements will increase exponentially.
