With SafeMove, roaming from one network to another is automatic and seamless, involving no user intervention and creating no interruptions in communications. The SafeMove client was designed with an industry-leading ease of installation and operation to assure peak productivity for users, which also helps minimize support calls to the IT Help Desk. SafeMove selects the highest speed and/or most cost-effective connection automatically according to policy settings in the software. As a result, employees stay in touch and can be reached constantly, thereby enabling new business processes and allowing software to be updated anytime, anywhere.
Secure connections for the mobile users
SafeMove meets the industry's highest information security requirements. All data communications are encrypted and all users are authenticated according to international standards. Mobile users and devices are constantly protected by organisation's firewall for all network connections. An additional layer of security can be provided by an optional anti-virus quarantine feature, which detects when a laptop's anti-virus software or virus definitions are not up-to-date, and sets the personal firewall to a quarantine state to block access to the enterprise network.
Centralised and comprehensive management
SafeMove manager provides a centralised and intuitive means to monitor and control the deployment, provisioning and configuration settings of all SafeMove clients and servers. The systems also gives authorised administrators a real-time view of user activity and status, as well as access to advanced reporting and statistics.
