Halvard Hedemark new CFO in Birdstep Technology

Halvard Hedemark has been appointed as new CFO in Birdstep Technology

Mr Hedemark's financial background and experience, particularly in the field of M&A, is an important asset to Birdstep”, Petri Markkanen, CEO of Birdstep Technology says.

Mr Hedemark currently holds the position as Financial Manager in Ementor ASA, reporting to the company CFO. He has been working for Ementor over the last four years where he was active in the acquisition of both Atea and Topnordic amongst others. Mr Hedemark brings more than 8 years of financial experience in all phases of financial management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, International Finance from Norwegian School of Management, and will resume the position at the latest on April 2.

Mrs Bente Skjaeran, Birdstep's current CFO, will continue her career at Birdstep as Director of Finance, reporting to Mr Hedemark.
