Birdstep appoints new VP Global Sales

Oslo/Stockholm/Seattle/Cambridge – June 12, 2006 –Birdstep Technology ASA, the leading provider of seamless mobility and connectivity client software solutions, today announced that Göran Reuterdahl has been appointed Vice President Global Sales of the company effective immediately, bringing over 12 years of experience of building successful business operations within the IT/Telecom sector.

Prior to joining Birdstep Göran were Sales Director Northern Europe Microsoft Communications Sector and Head of Marketing EMEA/LATAM successfully driving Microsoft's business towards Mobile Operators. He has other than this a background in senior sales focused roles within Ericsson and Nortel driving business with Operators globally or regionally.
