International Sales/Account Manager
At Corporate office - Stockholm, Sweden.
As an International Sales and Account Manager you will prospect for new business in identified verticals, managing the business and close contracts. Another part of the job is to manage relationship on a high and strategic level in order to expand the existing business. You will also have responsibility for budget (revenue) and create a strategic review of sales in cooperation with the VP Sales.
To be able to do this we think you need:
* An academic degree
* Proven experience in technical sales, e g software solutions and/or services
* Experience in international sales
* Hunter attributes with superior communication skills
* Solid presentation and negotiation skills
* Strong relationship management skills
* Experience with selling through operators
* Ability to have potential 25 % travel with occasional overnight stays
* Strong drive and willingness to take initiative
* To be fluent in English
* To be a team player
You will be part of the sales team reporting straight to the VP Sales.

Project Leader
At Corporate office - Stockholm, Sweden.
Our customers want to order more than we can deliver. So in order not to disappoint them, we are now looking to expand our customer development team with a project manager.
As project manager at Birdstep you will face the challenge to lead cutting-edge technology projects whilst liaising with customers around the world. .
To be able to do this we think you need:
* A minimum of three years documented experience from running software development projects
* Have a sound technical knowledge
* Be representative and have "customer-handling" skills
* Be fluent in English, written and oral
* Have a knowledge of RUP
You will be part of the development team reporting straight to the VP R&D. Our office is located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Test and Quality Engineer
At Corporate office - Stockholm, Sweden.
We are busy with lots of customer deliveries and we need more hands on deck in our quality assurance group.
Working with test and quality assurance at Birdstep you will be part of a small fast and flexible organisation working close to developers and customers. To give our customers the best service we pay them frequent visits, so a certain amount of international travelling will be required.
To be able to do this we think you need:
* A minimum of two years documented experience of software testing
* Experience of both test planning and test execution
* Have experience and knowledge of automated testing
* Have some sort of programming background
* Be fluent in English
Experience from GPRS/UMTS/WLAN solutions and any additional European language is valued highly when we search for the right candidate.
